2. Product Advice & Installation

Our recommendations are based on available vehicle data and industry experience. However:

  • We cannot guarantee compatibility for every vehicle variant or modification
  • Vehicle manufacturers may change specifications without notice
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase

Important Installation Notice

We do not provide fitting instructions or installation support. Car audio installation should only be carried out by a qualified professional.

If you are unsure, please seek professional installation services.

For rare, imported, luxury, or classic vehicles (e.g., Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini), we strongly recommend contacting us before ordering, as custom parts may be required.

All products sold are technical in nature.

4. Pricing & Payment

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • All prices include UK VAT at 20%
  • Full payment is required before dispatch
  • Orders are subject to verification and fraud screening
  • Billing address must match payment details to avoid delays

5. Delivery Information

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days (UK mainland)
  • Free delivery available on most UK mainland orders
  • Next-day and Saturday delivery options may be available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or stock availability.

Delivery Restrictions

Free or standard delivery may not apply to:

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Islands

Additional charges may apply depending on location.

Important Notes

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery
  • Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or external factors

6. International Orders

We ship internationally using trusted courier services.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may range from 7–21 days depending on destination
  • Returned parcels due to unpaid duties may incur charges (up to 50%)
  • International return shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically and may not always be cancellable.

If you wish to cancel:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun
  • If dispatched, items must be returned under our returns policy
  • A return postage fee may apply

8. Returns Policy

Non-Faulty Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Restocking or processing fees may apply

Faulty Items

  • Faults within 30 days qualify for replacement or refund
  • After 30 days, items may be repaired under manufacturer warranty
  • Proof of fault may be required
  • Misuse or damage may void eligibility

Important Conditions

  • Returns must be registered before sending items back
  • Processing fees may apply to non-faulty returns
  • International return costs are not covered

9. Warranty

Products may include manufacturer or store warranties.

Warranty conditions:

  • Covers manufacturing faults only
  • Does not cover misuse, modification, or incorrect installation
  • Warranty may be void without professional installation
  • Some items (e.g., speakers, cables, accessories) may be excluded

Manufacturer service centres may handle repairs directly where required.


10. Liability

Car Audio Discount is not liable for:

  • Installation errors
  • Loss of income or business
  • Courier delays
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.


11. Legal Information

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to UK court jurisdiction.

If any section is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
