Signature Requirements
For orders requiring a signature, someone at the delivery address must be available to accept and sign for the parcel.
If You're Not Home
If delivery is attempted while nobody is available, the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. For security reasons, we do not recommend leaving parcels in designated safe places.
